📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle. • Support both existing and new clients, delivering practical Health & Safety advice tailored to their specific needs. • Work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management. • Typically divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days. • Work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring service delivery and documentation consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) • Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Working towards Chartered status
