📋 Description

• Plan, organize and participate in events that increase product visibility and build the community in Singapore • Manage events from concept through execution, including coordination, promotion, logistics and follow-up • Identify relevant conferences, meetups, networking opportunities and industry events • Build relationships with event organizers, partners, communities and industry contacts • Represent the product at events and become a recognizable face of the brand locally • Create engaging offline experiences around the product • Manage social media presence and keep channels active, relevant and engaging • Create and publish content about events, product updates, company news, industry trends and the community • Capture event content and turn experiences into social media stories • Develop ideas for posts, videos, short-form content and other social formats • Promote events and campaigns across social media, email and other channels • Create and manage email campaigns and automations • Collaborate on product-related and SaaS marketing initiatives • Help develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and adoption • Track campaign and event performance and use insights to improve future activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, social media or a similar role • Proven experience organizing and managing events from planning through execution • Strong social media experience, particularly creating content • Experience with email marketing and automations • Creative mindset and ability to turn ideas into action • Experience with SaaS, technology or product-related companies is a strong advantage • Excellent communication and networking skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent English communication skills • Based in Singapore • Comfortable attending events and meeting people in the market • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during events • Passion for continuous learning and collaboration in a global setting • Team player mentality and commitment to an inclusive environment
