📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will drive complex projects from conception to completion, working with diverse teams and external clients to deliver innovative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications Manage cross-functional teams of varying sizes across different projects, adapting leadership style to team dynamics Develop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality delivery Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience managing IT and AI implementation projects Strong track record of successful project delivery in technology implementations Excellent client communication and relationship management skills Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams of varying sizes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field Nice to have: Machine Learning knowledge and understanding of AI technologies UX/User Experience project experience PMP certification or Agile certification Experience in stakeholder management at executive level Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration
