📋 Description

• Take on the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) role (rotating and scheduled within the team) • Develop the operational concept for the service you are responsible for • Perform proactive operations for services • Execute tasks defined in the operational concepts • Further develop and improve automations • Handle tickets (customer requests) in our ITSM solution • Update operational documentation • Opportunity to be responsible for the continued development of the operational concept for one of the following services: Infrastructure as a Service (virtual machines), Defender Service, or Exchange Online

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work from a home office / remotely • Strong self-organization skills • Experience in IT operations and ITSM processes • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, and Windows Server • Optional: supported by Microsoft certifications • Ability to produce structured documentation and develop operational concepts • Experience with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bicep, etc.) • Team player with strong communication skills • Willingness to share knowledge and conduct training
