📋 Description
• Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to propose and implement solutions for our users - workers and businesses • Build, ship and iterate on LLM-backed product features and internal evals to continually ensure quality • Build, ship and iterate on LLM-backed agentic workflows, leveraging tools, resources, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and APIs • Understanding of AI infrastructure optimization and improving performance and output quality of LLM systems • Passion for using AI to solve real-world problems and improving economic opportunities for hourly workers
