📋 Description
• Engage in consultative conversations with clients' travelers for travel reservations • Arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate clients • Advise travelers on international travel requirements • Maintain and foster relationships with clients • Provide excellent customer service at all times
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in Apollo and/or Sabre • Experience in engaging consultative conversations with clients • Understanding of client travel policy, guidelines, and procedures • Knowledge of international travel requirements (passport, visa, inoculations) • Ability to work under pressure during emergencies and poor weather conditions • Must maintain high competency in operating the global distribution system (GDS)
