• Manage and organize property listings, client databases, and transaction files • Oversee contract deadlines, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance • Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, and disclosures • Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, and tenants professionally and promptly • Manage CRM systems to track leads and client interactions • Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content for property listings and brand promotion • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, client details, and financial reports
