📋 Description
• You will work efficiently on our Menu's upload LOB, making an accurate data entry of the detailed information shared by the Restaurant partners. • You will audit the data entry included by others making sure it is 100% accurate. • You will support back-office activities such as: Guiding restaurants through the onboarding process, proactively reach out to restaurants to help them improve our delivery business. • You will work efficiently and effectively through our most critical incidents in customer service, accuracy and timely case resolution. • You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone). • You will educate restaurants and help them perform best on the app. • You will show empathy to users who face issues while solving problems.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & Good knowledge in English • Experience in Customer Service • Great communication
