📋 Description

• Support complex financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities • Develop and communicate financial insights and measures of success • Responsible for regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis • Monthly review of financial statements for accuracy and risk identification • Contribute to the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial strategies • Partner with business areas to enable delivery of financial targets through comprehensive analysis • Consolidation of global financial results and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of progressive accounting and Finance experience, preferably within a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment • Strong financial modeling and valuation analysis abilities • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Desire to identify areas of process improvement and implement solutions driving efficiency gains within the business.
