• Provide administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team • Ensure tasks for assigned projects are performed timely and accurately • Arrange and track system access for project team • Maintain and quality audit project documents • Assist project team with clinical trial documentation preparation and shipment • Maintain version and quality control of project documentation • Assist with tracking project related information
• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience • Minimum of one years’ experience in a related role • Excellent written and verbal English • Fluency of the language of the country of location • Ability to handle multiple tasks • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent skills in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
