📋 Description

• Collect and analyze site and patient enrollment actuals and forecasts with Central Planning and Clinical Operations teams • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve forecasting models used outside of Medidata Payments • Integrate forecasting data and processes with Medidata Payments forecasts • Partner with Revenue Recognition teams to align forecasting with audit and financial reporting requirements • Create accurate, client-ready forecast deliverables according to sponsor contractual requirements • Analyze forecast performance through plan-versus-actual results and budget variances • Communicate over-forecast and under-forecast risks to Project Analysts and Global Project Leads • Support audit activities, change order processes, and study closeout reconciliations • Prepare final forecasting and reconciliation reports for client delivery and project review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2–5 years of finance experience • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and accounting systems • Understanding of clinical site payment processes • Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards • Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and work collaboratively across functions • Experience supporting financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or reconciliation activities • Proficiency in English
