📋 Description

• Analyze PSC workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities • Evaluate and quantify automation and digital enablement opportunities • Provide data-driven input into workflow design, automation requirements, and prioritization • Partner with Systems and HCM teams to align solutions with operational needs • Monitor process and automation changes to support continuous improvement • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations • Define and refine KPIs aligned to business priorities • Deliver concise reporting for leadership decision-making • Partner with Systems, HCM, Digital, and Strategic Program teams on initiatives and reporting • Serve as a trusted advisor on process performance and key metrics • Develop high-level process views and metrics mapping • Compare current and target-state performance using data • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, PSC, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or process improvement • Experience with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI • Experience in cross-functional environments, ideally within PSC or People Operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and related data structures • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma • Ability to influence and collaborate without direct ownership • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proven competency
