📋 Description

• Manage global Investigator grant payments end-to-end for assigned studies • Set up, deploy, manage, and close out study payments solutions • Collect information from teams, systems, and tools proactively and timely • Understand global contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules, ensuring payments align with Clinical Trial Agreements • Analyze and present data to stakeholders • Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals • Act as a channel between sites, clinical research teams, and functional leaders • Analyze budgeted versus actual spend and review findings with project teams • Develop and distribute consolidated monthly payment reports on paid and unpaid sites • Participate in client and project team meetings • Drive continuous improvement of staff, processes, and payment system usage • Serve as point of contact for Investigator-related payment queries • Identify underpayment and overpayment trends and work toward resolution • Collaborate with financial and clinical departments • Research and identify payment discrepancies • Provide customer service to internal Worldwide teams, external sites, and sponsors • Assist with interviewing, coaching, training, and developing new employees • Coordinate and lead assigned Clinical Trials Associates on large clinical projects • Participate in special and complex process, tool, system, and organizational improvement projects • Enter information into 1C or other accounting systems for local payments where required • Collaborate with sites to prepare accounting documentation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ experience with a CRO/Pharma Company/ Finance Position in a relevant job involving qualitative data entry, data validation in Finance, Project Management or Contracts • Four-year college curriculum or university degree OR two-year college curriculum and one or more years’ experience in office administration or similar position OR skill sets and proven performance equivalent to above • English, written and spoken, advanced level • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Sense of urgency and ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work • Ability to handle multiple tasks, including rapid response in generating new documents, forms, and tools • Strong organizational skills, including ability to develop naming conventions and filing architecture • Advanced skills in MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge and understanding of ICH, GCP and FDA or EU directive regulations (as applicable) as well as local regulatory requirements • Excellent spoken and written English skills as well as fluency of the language of the country of location • Energetic, diligent, customer-oriented
