📋 Description

• Own HCM and Compensation configuration for Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security • Lead configuration projects, including new module rollouts, upgrades, and twice-yearly release feature adoption • Monitor system health, performance, and security • Manage Workday security groups, roles, permissions, least-privilege controls, segregation-of-duties, and audit requirements • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Perform gap analyses to improve system efficiency and user experience • Provide advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions • Build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and calculated fields • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and system updates • Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, company policy compliance, and audit readiness • Mentor junior administrators and train People Partners, Finance, and other end-users • Liaise with People Strategy & Culture, Finance, IT, Payroll, and other departments • Support integration colleagues on functional requirements involving data feeds • Assess the impact and benefits of Workday roadmap and release updates • Maintain confidentiality of data and People Systems security • Support the wider People team on projects and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience on a live tenant • Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation and Security • Strong configuration experience across Recruiting, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Performance • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, security models, and reporting tools • Proficiency in Workday calculated fields, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and advanced reporting • Experience with Workday configuration projects, system upgrades, and change management across biannual releases • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to data protection • Clear communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Resourceful approach to resolving day-to-day system and operational queries • Personal accountability and ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and work without supervision • Strong proficiency with Excel • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
