📋 Description

• Own HCM and Compensation configuration for Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security, including core HR, organization structures, business processes, bonus, merit and promotion cycles, and compensation statements • Lead Workday configuration projects, including new module rollouts, upgrades, and feature adoption tied to twice-yearly releases • Monitor system health, performance, and security to ensure optimal functionality and compliance • Manage Workday security groups, roles, and permissions, enforcing access controls, least privilege, segregation of duties, and audit requirements • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, and perform gap analyses • Troubleshoot configuration issues and data discrepancies through root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions • Build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and calculated fields while ensuring data accuracy • Ensure system compliance with regulations, company policies, and audit requirements • Mentor junior administrators and train People Partners, Finance, and other end users • Liaise between People Strategy & Culture, Finance, IT, Payroll, and other departments • Support integration colleagues on functional requirements involving data feeds

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to requested changes and identify system configurations • Strong attention to detail • Ability to focus on customer needs and requirements to determine solutions • Strong interpersonal skills; can communicate effectively and build effective relationships • Resourceful in approach to resolving day-to-day system and operational queries • A high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment • Personal accountability and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and work without supervision • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience on a live tenant • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience • Previous experience of deployment of Workday modules • Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation and Security • Strong configuration experience across additional modules such as Recruiting, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Performance • Strong understanding of Workday's architecture, business processes, security models, and reporting tools • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Workday calculated fields, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and advanced reporting • Experience with Workday configuration projects, system upgrades, and change management across the biannual releases
