📋 Description

• Assist with administration of outgoing programmatic and operational agreements for the Great Plains and Native Nations Conservation programs • Support Financial Leads and Program staff throughout the agreement process • Coordinate agreement issuance, project deliverable tracking, recipient payments, Workday journal entries, and agreement closeout • Maintain accurate financial, contractual, and administrative information in SmartSimple, Workday, SharePoint, and AirTable • Support pre-agreement preparation by collecting and reviewing recipient and tax documents • Set up and update partner records in SmartSimple and troubleshoot system integration issues • Assist with Scope of Work and Budget development and agreement-system use • Draft agreements and include applicable Prime Donor provisions • Prepare paperwork, route agreements for internal review, secure signatures, and distribute documents • Process and track outgoing agreement payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports, and monitor advances • Support compliance monitoring, issue deliverable reminders, and process Workday journal entries • Close out agreements according to WWF policies and procedures • Maintain agreement information and files across multiple systems • Monitor reporting requirements and project deadlines and route reports for review • Ensure agreement-lifecycle accounting adheres to FASB guidelines • Provide weekly status updates to the Operations team • Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects • Coordinate communication and resolution of issues across departments and with external partners • Track and analyze Great Plains fleet vehicle data and troubleshoot inconsistencies • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years of experience, or minimum four years of relevant experience • Working understanding of basic accounting principles, including FASB accounting • Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded projects is highly desirable • Experience working with Native Nations and/or rural communities is a plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and produce high-quality work under time constraints • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service orientation, collaboration, and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment • Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AirTable, Workday, and SmartSimple • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must complete employment eligibility verification upon hire • Commitment to inclusion and alignment with WWF’s core values
