📋 Description

• Oversee all automated Fundraising Operations data processing • Design, implement, and manage file imports and layouts using BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Develop solutions and strategies to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of special projects, software upgrades, and implementations • Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects within scope, timeline, and budget • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for end users and stakeholders • Communicate changes to configurations, customizations, business processes, and software applications • Create and maintain business process documents for change management and training • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to gift administration and process optimization • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • CRM database and high-volume data processing experience required • Experience with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader strongly desired • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate strongly desired • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset • Track record of driving results and delivering value through process improvement initiatives • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels • Commitment to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion • Alignment with WWF’s core values • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
