📋 Description
• Manage a diverse docket of high-stakes litigation cases from initial client consultation through to resolution • Develop and execute sophisticated legal strategies, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents • Provide representation in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration • Utilize AI-powered legal technology for research, case management, and predictive analytics • Collaborate with a global team of attorneys across time zones • Prepare for trial and contribute to achieving significant legal outcomes for clients
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases (for Personal Injury Specialist profile) • 2-5+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably in federal court (for Civil Litigator profile) • Demonstrated excellence in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy • Strategic and analytical mindset • Tech-savvy with strong aptitude for legal software and AI tools • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment
