📋 Description

• Generate blog article drafts using AI tools while ensuring the content aligns with the company’s audience and brand positioning • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content to improve clarity, accuracy, and market relevance • Ensure all blog content maintains high standards of grammar, tone, and readability • Schedule and publish blog posts in WordPress according to the planned content calendar • Maintain consistency in posting cadence by organizing content schedules in advance • Identify opportunities to improve existing blog posts and update older content to keep it relevant and optimized • Analyze content performance and use insights to guide future blog topics and strategies • Collaborate on planning upcoming content themes and blog directions based on audience needs and data insights • Leverage AI tools effectively to increase productivity while maintaining strong editorial oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating, editing, or managing blog content • Strong written and spoken English skills • Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and productivity • Ability to review AI-generated content critically and refine it for quality and accuracy • Familiarity with WordPress for scheduling and publishing blog posts • Organized and able to manage content calendars and publishing timelines • Proactive and self-driven approach to work • Analytical mindset with interest in measuring content performance
