• This is a remote position for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic team at Wow Remote Teams. • 100% remote, full-time opportunity for a candidate located in LATAM. • The company is a pioneer in the collectibles technology sector with a growing user base and recognized marketplace platform. • Provide timely and effective customer support via email and chat. • Manage and resolve customer questions regarding order status, platform functionality, and service complaints; identify recurring issues and develop standardized solutions. • Coordinate with logistics to facilitate and track customer shipments; report bugs to internal engineering for resolution.
