📋 Description

• Execute and format corporate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines. • Produce print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials. • Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Work on business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail. • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure all graphics requests are handled on time and aligned with brand standards. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines. • Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for both print and digital delivery. • Follow through on feedback and apply revisions effectively, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables. • Support internal communication materials, events, and promotional campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Graphic Design or a related field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries). • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). • Understanding of corporate branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory across print and digital platforms. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive design production work with precision. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to take direction well, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new design techniques and tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple design requests simultaneously. • Desire to contribute creatively while maintaining alignment with established brand systems. • Previous experience in corporate or professional services environments is an asset. • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a plus but not required.
