• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with their business objectives. • Lead all performance marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on paid social, search (PPC), and Amazon advertising. • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI and reporting on key performance metrics. • Own and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints, from acquisition to conversion and loyalty. • Oversee content strategy, including email marketing, social media, and blog content, to build brand authority and engagement. • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful product launches. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Must be located in Latin America (LATAM). • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the DTC e-commerce or CPG sectors. • Demonstrable expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns. • Full-time availability (40 hours per week). • A data-centric mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing data. • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects. • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of taking products to market and driving revenue growth. • Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
