📋 Description
• Qualify inbound and outbound seller leads, creating value and preparing them for hand off to closing agents • Nurture and qualify buyer/investor leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team • Screen and qualify potential agent candidates from job boards and conduct outbound outreach to agents in target markets • Conduct persistent and professional follow-ups via phone and email • Manage and update all lead and candidate interactions meticulously within their CRM system • Schedule meetings and coordinate handoffs efficiently • Drive growth by managing and qualifying leads across three critical pipelines for a real estate technology company
🎯 Requirements
• Must be located in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) • Part-time commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week • Must have your own reliable computer and internet connection • Their security software can be installed with advance notice • Sales-forward personality: ambitious, outgoing, persistent, and confident making outbound calls • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Prior experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred • Experience with Lever (or a similar Talent Management System) is a plus • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and comfort learning new software quickly
