• This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a compassionate and highly organized Legal Intake Coordinator to join their dynamic plaintiff-side employment law firm. • This is a part-time, 100% remote role, perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about advocating for workers' rights. • Our client is a leading employment law firm recognized for their dedication to justice and their impressive track record of securing favorable outcomes for employees across the nation. • Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients through calls, web forms, and referrals. • Conduct structured and empathetic intake interviews to evaluate case viability. • Accurately enter and update client information in their case management system. • Schedule follow-up consultations and coordinate attorney callbacks as needed. • Maintain professional and timely communication via phone, email, and text. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to prioritize cases efficiently.
• Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or a similar role (employment law experience is a plus but not mandatory). • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with individuals in distress. • Strong organizational skills and tech proficiency (experience with case management software is beneficial). • Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote work setting. • Excellent writing and grammar skills for clear and concise case summaries. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency is required.
