📋 Description

• Develop and execute high-impact Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. • Collaborate with their creative team to craft compelling briefs and optimize ad assets. • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to refine ad copy and test messaging. • Analyze customer journeys to ensure seamless transitions from ads to landing pages. • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance performance. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads in a multi-client setting. • Strong copywriting skills and ability to give constructive creative feedback. • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and funnel analytics. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Familiarity with angles, offers and testing. • 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or freelance role. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on campaign management.
