• Oversee daily trust and corporate accounting workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Manage rental income processes, from tenant payments through to owner distributions, verifying all transactions are recorded promptly and correctly • Perform property ledger reconciliations and cross-check with third-party accounting data in Propertyware • Assist in delinquency tracking and collections management, maintaining accurate tenant payment records • Handle accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) for corporate transactions • Reconcile financial data in QuickBooks, ensuring alignment with third-party systems • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support leadership decision-making • Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks • Respond professionally to accounting-related inquiries from clients, tenants, and internal teams • Maintain organized, audit-ready financial documentation for trust and corporate accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • At least 2 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and best practices in trust and corporate accounting • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting/reporting tools • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in data management • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
