• Lead team of three Financial Analysts and promote a culture of analytical excellence • Manage, forecast, and optimize expenses across major SaaS business units, including COGS and OpEx • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis • Collaboratively serve as the finance partner to various departments and evaluate Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency
• Qualified Accountant holding a recognised professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) • 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking; +2 years experience in SaaS is a plus • Minimum 1–2 years of experience directly managing or mentoring junior analysts • Deep understanding of SaaS accounting standards (e.g., distinguishing between CS as COGS vs. Sales & Marketing as OpEx) • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (building complex, dynamic driver-based models from scratch) • Experience with FP&A architecture tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is highly preferred for digging into cloud infrastructure data.
