âą Owning the strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative across a book of business ranging from 2-5 clients, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and channel objectives âą Translating performance data into clear creative direction, including testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and iteration plans âą Developing recurring static and video briefs grounded in platform best practices and performance insights. âą 3+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment âą 2+ years of experience owning client relationships and delivering creative tied to performance outcomes âą A strong understanding of how creative and media work together, with experience partnering with media teams on testing, scaling, and optimization strategies âą Experience translating performance data into actionable creative direction, taxonomy, testing hypotheses, and iteration plans âą Working knowledge of paid media platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager, with familiarity across TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging channels âą Strong creative and performance marketing instincts, with the ability to develop and iterate on messaging, hooks, headlines, and ad copy that resonate across audiences, platforms, and funnel stages to drive engagement and conversion âą Ability to identify which creative concepts to scale, iterate on, or pivot from based on performance insights âą Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple timelines, deliverables, and workstreams simultaneously âą Strong client-facing communication skills, including presenting creative work, performance insights, and strategic recommendations âą Strong awareness of emerging trends, platform evolution, and culturally relevant moments, with a proactive approach to staying current on shifts shaping consumer behavior and creative best practices âą Actively explores and leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative development, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency âą A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Media, Design, Production, and Client Strategy teams
