📋 Description

• Lead German-speaking Vulnerability Response workshops for our enterprise clients and communicate complex topics clearly, in a structured and practical manner • Provide holistic consulting to our clients on functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response — and develop scalable, sustainable solution concepts • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform according to best practices and the Now-Create methodology, actively contributing to successful project delivery • Produce high-quality technical and customer-focused documentation that fosters transparency and supports sustainable project success • Communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact throughout all project phases • Take on the role of Senior Technical Advisor and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle through your expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, ideally as a subject-matter expert • At least 3–5 years of ServiceNow consulting experience with direct client contact and responsibility for technical implementation • Strong knowledge of scripting, configuration, and technical solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform • Current ServiceNow certifications, particularly CSA and CIS-VR • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, ability to develop pragmatic solutions, and to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably • Fluent German (spoken and written) combined with very good English skills
