📋 Description

• Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts • Drive end-to-end customer onboarding through Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring • Support the sales team with complex scoping requirements and present Wrike’s professional services offerings • Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems • Manage successful completion of customer engagements while achieving critical success metrics • Advocate for customers and assist in prioritizing new product features • Collaborate with Product and internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions and influence the product roadmap • Ensure smooth hand-offs before and after engagements with internal cross-functional teams • Represent the DACH region with cultural and language fluency • Mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting and customer-facing roles • Experience in project management • Agile, PMI, Lean, or similar certifications are a plus • Ability to understand complex customer processes and needs and define clear implementation goals • Extensive understanding of change management principles • Expertise in one industry or customer segment such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, or PMO • Ability to participate in technical discussions and present digital transformation options and strategies • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales on account plans • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills • Effective communication with executive stakeholders • Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships • Thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices • Accountability and ownership of work • Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German; German native speaker required • Superior organization and time-management skills • Extensive consulting skill set • Relevant university degree is a standout quality, not a requirement • SaaS experience is a standout quality
