📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Thatch’s foundational systems and internal platforms. • Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear product specs and iterative releases. • Partner with Engineering to design scalable architectures, APIs, and data models that serve all product surfaces. • Build internal tools that increase operational accuracy, speed, and compliance while reducing manual work. • Define success metrics for reliability, automation coverage, latency, accuracy, and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure auditability, controls, and risk management are first class. • Communicate strategy, decisions, and progress with crisp writing and clear stakeholder updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical or platform products. • Experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, accounting systems, or external integrations. • Strong systems thinking and data modeling skills. Comfortable working through edge cases, failure modes, and controls. • Proven ability to work with engineers on APIs, schemas, and architecture tradeoffs. • Track record of shipping infrastructure that powers high-quality end user experiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication. You simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders. • Bias toward outcomes, reliability, and scale.
