📋 Description

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing regular updates and managing project expectations. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare status reports, and assist with internal and client-facing presentations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (development, design, etc.) to ensure project goals are met. • Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential project risks and issues, escalating to senior project managers when necessary. • Continuous Improvement: Assist with process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English, French is an add on • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an investment bank or similar financial institutions is preferred • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders • Experience of Project Management techniques • Proficiency in SaaS platform development and implementation • Familiarity and understanding of documentation standards • Knowledge of testing practices • Understanding of security practices • Familiarity with working in a regulated environment • Excellent organisation skills to effectively plan the utilization of resources and meet deadlines • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations • Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions under pressure • Preferred Skills • Experience with Agile project management methodologies. • Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex financial data.
