• Within our Buildings division, made up of a multidisciplinary team of around one hundred professionals, you will lead a team of electrical engineers and designers (power systems CFO / low-voltage control CFA) and work on design and technical engineering assignments from the design phase through to construction for public and private building projects of various types: commercial offices, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, data centers, public amenities, etc. • Supervise, motivate and support a team of 4 people (engineers, technicians, designers). • Develop team members’ skills and ensure the team’s know‑how remains aligned with market needs. • Conduct annual appraisals, organise workloads and support the structuring of the department. • Manage daily administrative aspects (leave, internal organisation, various approvals). • Serve as the team’s technical and operational reference point. • Produce design studies (calculation notes, power balance reports, sizing, technical specifications (CCTP)). • Oversee the production of drawings, schematics and models (BIM) in coordination with drafters. • Estimate construction costs for your scopes. • Analyse contractor bids, participate in contract finalisation and provide approval for execution studies. • Assist the project manager during the construction phase. • Verify compliance of electrical installations (CFO/CFA) up to project handover. • Act as the technical point of contact for electrical topics: LV distribution, generator sets, switchboards, lighting, fire safety systems (SSI), security, BMS, etc. • Maintain technical and regulatory watch (fire safety, regulations, industry software such as CANECO, DIALux…). • Contribute to the development of the electrical activity within the Buildings division.
• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering, project management or design office roles, with assignments on CFO/CFA (design and construction supervision). • Initial management experience or strong managerial potential. • Excellent interpersonal, written communication and organisational skills. • Curiosity, autonomy, rigour and an open-minded approach. • Good command of English (B2 level). • Knowledge of fire safety systems (SSI) / public building regulations (ERP), lifting devices, and security systems. • Proficiency with CANECO, DIALux, or equivalent software tools.
