📋 Description
• You will work on HVAC-plumbing assignments involving project management and technical engineering services from the design phase through to construction for public and private building projects of various types (commercial offices, hospitals, data centers, etc.), with a primary focus on private clients. • You will act as the on-site manager for a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 people (HVAC, plumbing, special fluids, medical gases, etc.). • Perform technical design studies in coordination with the project manager and the architecture teams, the owner’s representative (AMO) and the client’s consultants.
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering degree or Master's (MSc) in HVAC engineering (génie climatique) • 10 years' experience in design and project management (design and site supervision of HVAC‑plumbing packages) • Team management, communication and leadership skills • You are rigorous, curious and open‑minded • Experience in building thermal engineering, sanitary plumbing, special fluids and BMS (Building Management Systems) is desirable • Fluent English
