📋 Description
• Help clients through the enrollment process • Assist with chat and message center • Provide customer service in a work from home environment • Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent Spanish or French language skills • Move seamlessly between Spanish or French and English calls • Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution • Experience using Microsoft Office • Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment • High School degree required • Associate or Bachelor’s degree nice to have
