📋 Description

• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds • Digital wound documentation • Counseling, support and education for patients and their family members • Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment • Ensuring prescription and supply management • Managing and expanding the existing patient/client base • Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a nurse (registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional) • Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs • A reliable and responsible approach to work • Driver's license (Class B)
