• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds • Digital wound documentation • Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives • Close collaboration with other care providers involved in wound treatment to ensure optimal patient care • Ensuring prescription and supply management • Maintaining and expanding the existing client base • Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
• State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Nursing Specialist • Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs • Reliable and responsible working style • Driver’s license (Class B)
