📋 Description
• Conduct regular on-site wound rounds to provide guidance, assess wound progression, and ensure uninterrupted supply of wound care materials • Maintain close contact with clients (home care services, care facilities) to discuss wound healing progress and therapy-related complications • Liaise with treating physicians to inform them about current wound status and provide therapy recommendations • Work closely with the internal office/back-office team to support prescription management • Build networks with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary wound care
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) • Experience with chronic wounds desirable • Customer- and patient-focused attitude and approach • Business acumen / understanding of economic aspects • Flexibility • Ability to work independently and reliably • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
