📋 Description
• Conduct regular on-site wound visits and assessments • Provide guidance, assess wound progression, and ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials • Maintain close contact with your clients (home care services, care facilities) • Discuss wound healing progress and therapy complications for shared patients • Regularly communicate with treating physicians • Work closely with our internal team to support prescription management • Build networks with other professional groups to ensure holistic wound care
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) • Experience in managing chronic wounds is desirable • Customer- and patient-focused mindset and approach • Commercial/business acumen • Flexibility • Ability to work independently and reliably • Valid driving license (Class B)
