📋 Description

• Deliver quality, inclusive, gender-responsive, environmentally sustainable, and market-relevant skills training for young people • Support equitable transition to employment for young people • Implement interventions in the Hospitality & Tourism and Agriculture priority sectors • Integrate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a cross-cutting skill • Contribute to increased participation of young people, particularly young women, in enhanced TVET • Support gender-equitable employment and self-employment in sectors facing current and future skills gaps, with emphasis on the green economy • Submit a proposal in accordance with the RFP, Terms of Reference, financial proposal templates, and application guidelines • Attend the virtual information session if participating, with confirmation required by 15 August 2026 • Submit the application through the WUSC application platform by 31 October 2026 at 12:00 midnight Sri Lanka time

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified, experienced and locally rooted public or private organization • Proven experience implementing interventions in Vauniya, Mullaitivu and Trincomalee Districts • Proven experience in Hospitality & Tourism, Agriculture, and/or Information and Communication Technology (ICT) • Capability to deliver high-quality, inclusive, gender-responsive, environmentally sustainable, and market-relevant skills training for young people • Ability to submit a proposal via the WUSC application platform • Organizations are strongly encouraged to have qualified and proven experience in the specified geographical areas and sectors
