📋 Description

• Deliver quality, inclusive, gender-responsive, environmentally sustainable and market-relevant skills training for young people in Sri Lanka • Strengthening TVET Resilience & Inclusive Vocational Employment (STRIVE) • Propose interventions to increase participation of young people in enhanced TVET leading to employment and self-employment in sectors with skills gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified, experienced and locally rooted public and private organizations • Proven experience in the following priority sectors: Hospitality & Tourism, Agriculture, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) • Organizational capability to deliver high-quality, inclusive, gender-responsive, environmentally sustainable, and market-relevant skills training • Ability to implement interventions in Vauniya, Mullaitivu and Trincomalee Districts
