📋 Description

• Provides build support for Epic & other Clinical applications as it relates to change requests, maintenance and project business demands • Responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, supporting and maintaining software applications • Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, technology and other corporate departments • Provides solutions or resolves end-user system issues • Assists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations for deployment • Collaborates in reviews of work with others as appropriate • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications • Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications • Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics • Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks • Assists with the design of test cases and test scripts • Applies agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing • Checks systems, products, services or devices for adherence to applicable standards, guidelines, style guides, and legislation • Provides first line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents • May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation
