• Own preparation of the global survey dataset, combining HR system (Workday) data with separately collected office submissions. • Apply business rules consistently and reconcile records across all data sources. • Submit a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule, with all quality checks complete. • Own employee data collection from offices that operate outside the HR system (Workday). • Partner with HR contacts globally to ensure timely, accurate submissions. • Validate returned data against established quality standards; identify and resolve issues proactively. • Serve as the data point of contact during the live survey period. • Investigate and resolve participant data queries; escalate systemic issues to the Our Voice programme lead. • Process post-survey demographic corrections to preserve year-on-year trend continuity. • Update manager and reporting line data ahead of results release. • Resolve ad-hoc data issues as they surface.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field; or equivalent qualification or experience. • Advanced Excel: lookups (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, conditional formatting, duplicate handling. • Comfortable working with large datasets (30,000+ rows). • Experience running structured data quality checks across multiple sources. • Ability to work independently using detailed process documentation and recorded handover materials. • Comfort reading and interpreting structured HR or employee data. • Required Language: English.
