• The SharePoint Platform Engineer is responsible for the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. • The role focuses on building scalable business applications, workflow automation, custom integrations, and user-centric collaboration solutions that improve productivity, content management, and employee experience. • Working closely platform administrators, and digital workplace experience team, the role translates business requirements into effective low-code, no-code, and custom-developed solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, SPFx, PowerShell, and other Microsoft 365 technologies. • The position combines solution development, workflow automation, platform customization, integration development, and continuous improvement while ensuring solutions remain secure, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Strong Microsoft 365 administration expertise. • Advanced SharePoint Online administration and governance knowledge. • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, SPFx, and PowerShell automation. • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online governance, site administration, permissions architecture, and content management. • Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and business process optimization. • Experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph PowerShell, and automation scripting. • Understanding of Microsoft Graph APIs, application registrations, service principals, and integration security. • Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, metadata management, Term Store, content types, and document governance. • Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and environment management strategies. • Experience with JSON formatting, SPFx, SharePoint customization, site templates, and modern SharePoint capabilities. • Knowledge of compliance, retention, auditing, and information governance practices within Microsoft 365.
