📋 Description

• Take ownership of Microsoft 365 services and shape the digital workplace. • Lead technical design and operations for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. • Collaborate with architecture and cybersecurity teams for secure service delivery. • Provide technical guidance and documentation for platform governance. • Support service integration across M365 and other platforms. • Provide mentoring to junior engineers and regional IT staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration and configuration. • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Intune, and data loss prevention policies is desirable. • Strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Power Automate, etc.). • Solid understanding of M365 licensing models, tenant architecture, and service dependencies. • Familiarity with hybrid identity management and device integration. • Proven ability to document standards and procedures and collaborate across teams.
