📋 Description
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate gathering of information into the coding classification systems • Coding of moderately complex patient classes • Obtaining accurate and complete documentation in the medical record for coding assignment.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Current HIM or Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC • Two (2) years of hospital coding experience.
