📋 Description

• We’re seeking a Growth Associate who will help identify, develop, and execute strategies to drive user acquisition. • This role will focus on scaling our network through creative initiatives, data driven decision making, and close collaboration across teams. • Curious and passionate about growth, experimentation, and user behavior. • Embraces feedback as a tool for continuous improvement. • Innovative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. • Creative problem solver. • Strong communicator and team player. • Comfortable balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy. • Persistent and resourceful in solving challenges. • Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels. • Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass. • Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives. • Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption. • Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis. • Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions. • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or creative role. • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Uses first principles and systems thinking to understand and solve problems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience building and managing ambassador or influencer programs.
