📋 Description
• Architect the internal accounting structure from scratch • Transition our accounting function to a modern, cloud-native Italian ERP • Oversee migration of historical data to ensure full integration • Manage full lifecycle of supplier and customer invoices • Take ownership of accounts receivable ledger • Oversee outgoing payments to event organizers • Prepare VAT registers and support EU filings • Reconcile high-volume bank transactions • Maintain clean, auditable records of liabilities and accruals • Produce monthly management accounts
🎯 Requirements
• 4 to 7 years of accounting experience within the Italian market • Deep familiarity with Italian accounting software (TeamSystem, Zucchetti, etc.) • Firm grasp of Italian GAAP and EU VAT regulations • Experience in a high-transaction environment (e.g., Fintech, E-commerce, Marketplaces) is a bonus
