📋 Description
• Perform hands-on geospatial science and cartographic work for The National Map • Join a collaborative Geospatial Technical Services team supporting USGS • Apply strong knowledge of geospatial and cartographic concepts • Receive professional hands-on experience with the ArcGIS software suite
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0-2 years of relevant work experience • Knowledge of GIS and cartographic concepts • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of technical staff both in person and remotely • Clear, concise, timely, and accurate communication skills • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce quality deliverables • Ability to be analytical and apply problem solving skills
