• - Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping. • - Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content to attract talent and enhance our employer brand. • - Act as a frontline Talent Consultant by engaging with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms. • - Utilize a combination of enterprise tools and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to identify and engage potential talent. • - Work cross-functionally to gather insights and resources from internal teams to respond effectively to community discussions. • - Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and organizational processes.
• - **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. • - **Experience:** Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role (experience in agency or RPO environments is an advantage). • - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • - **Digital Proficiency:** Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms. • - **Results-Driven:** Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. • - **Organizational Skills:** Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities. • - **Attitude:** Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail. • - **Technical Knowledge:** Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities.
