📋 Description

• leading the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC) integration projects • building and maintaining seamless Guidewire web services, messaging and integration interfaces • crafting robust Gosu-based business logic and rules within Guidewire applications • evaluating configuration vs customization options to ensure maintainability and upgrade-readiness • driving adoption of DevOps principles: automated builds, testing and continuous delivery pipelines for Guidewire • collaborating with cross-functional teams (architecture, QA, business analysts, deployment) to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• willing to relocate to Sweden • joining client after 6 months • 3+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter experience • proven expertise with Guidewire web services, messaging, and integration points • 2+ years of Gosu development experience • strong understanding of configuration vs customization trade-offs in Guidewire • familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD for Guidewire applications • leadership mindset: You can mentor and guide both development teams and stakeholders • excellent communication skills • ready to collaborate across roles (English B2–C1 level) • self-motivated, solution-oriented, keen to share knowledge and help elevate team performance.
